LinkMaids is a UAE-based technology platform that connects users with licensed recruitment offices. LinkMaids does not directly employ, sponsor, recruit, or supervise domestic workers, and does not act as a recruitment office. Domestic worker services, worker availability, salaries, office fees, recruitment fees, timelines, documentation, approvals, and service delivery are the responsibility of the relevant recruitment office and remain subject to the policies of that office and applicable UAE requirements. Unless clearly stated otherwise, amounts paid inside the LinkMaids app are platform/intermediation fees only. Any worker salary, office fee, recruitment fee, government-related charge, medical test cost, travel cost, or external amount is handled according to the policy of the relevant office and is not collected by LinkMaids through the app.
