1. About LinkMaids

LinkMaids is a UAE-based technology platform that connects users with licensed recruitment offices. LinkMaids is not an employer and does not provide domestic worker services directly.

2. Platform use

By using the LinkMaids website or mobile app you agree to use the platform lawfully and only for legitimate hiring or partnership purposes.

3. Licensed offices

Domestic worker services are provided by licensed recruitment offices according to their own terms, approvals, availability, and applicable UAE requirements.

4. Platform fees

Platform fees, where applicable, are processed securely through approved payment partners. Fee amounts and refund eligibility are described in our Refund Policy.

5. Accounts and communications

You are responsible for accurate information submitted through the platform and for keeping your contact details current.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable UAE law, LinkMaids is not liable for acts or omissions of licensed recruitment offices or third parties beyond platform-related obligations.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

Important Platform Notice
LinkMaids is a UAE-based technology platform that connects users with licensed recruitment offices. LinkMaids does not directly employ, sponsor, recruit, or supervise domestic workers, and does not act as a recruitment office. Domestic worker services, worker availability, salaries, office fees, recruitment fees, timelines, documentation, approvals, and service delivery are the responsibility of the relevant recruitment office and remain subject to the policies of that office and applicable UAE requirements. Unless clearly stated otherwise, amounts paid inside the LinkMaids app are platform/intermediation fees only. Any worker salary, office fee, recruitment fee, government-related charge, medical test cost, travel cost, or external amount is handled according to the policy of the relevant office and is not collected by LinkMaids through the app.
